Product Support

Product usage email/phone support is included in the product licenses for a period of 90 days from purchase date.
Service subscriptions are available to extend the support period for 12 month.
Product updates are free during the support period. Released updates may be downloaded by login into your account and selecting 'My Downloads' or 'My Subscription Status".

The product support covers problems with the setup and usage of the licensed product. It does NOT include help with the design of the application.

Application support is available on a fee base. We have extensive experience with OPC in a wide range of applications and may be able to provide valuable help at low costs.
