 | IsItem | Indicates that the element is an item that can be used to Read, Write, and Subscribe. If set and ItemID is a NULL string, then this element is a “hint” versus being a valid item. |

| Name | Short user friendly portion of the namespace pointing to the element. This is the string to be used for display purposes in a tree control. |
