All software products are delivered by Internet Download only.

With the purchase of a product license, a download account is created at www.advosol.com with an initial support/updates subscription period of 90 days. During the subscription period the current product version can be downloaded.
Support is restricted to product installation and use issues and doesn't cover application specific questions.

Service Subscriptions are available to extend the support/updates period for 12 month.
